Cutting out sugar from my diet has been one of the hardest things I've had to do. I'm so impressed you've managed to do not only that, but also cut out dairy, legumes, grains, processed food and alcohol as well.

Yes !! Trishie sugar contains lots of calories. It is hard to leave but you should.
